It is a solid, granular, and superabsorbent polymer that aids in removing contaminants from cooling towers, reverse osmosis, and boiler. Sodium  Polyacrylate serves  as  a  water  absorbing polymer that  manifests the capacity of absorbing up to 200 - 300 mes of DM water of its own weight. The ability of sodium polyacrylate to absorb water is derived by the ionic concentraon of the aqueous soluon. Sodium Polyacrylate carries posive anionic charge, which aracts water-based molecules to combine with it, making a super absorbent polymer. Primary applicaon of sodium polyacrylate is in baby diapers, and sanitary pads.

Application and Dosage
Chemtex’s Defoamer Should Be Diluted With Water Prior To Use To Accelerate Dispersion In The Foaming Medium. It Can Be Diluted To Any Required Concentration As Per Need. The Preferred Method of Dilution Is To Add Water To The Emulsion And Not Vice Versa. Avoid Excessive Shear While Dilution. Pre-Process Testing Is Recommended. Suggested Starting Concentration Is 50 - 100ppm Depending Upon Foaming Media. Important: Chemtex’s Defoamer Is More Effective In Alkaline Conditions
