Boiler Water pH Booster / Alkalinity Builder

Boiler water pH booster or alkalinity builder is a multipurpose Boiler Water Treatment Chemical that increases the alkalinity and pH of boiler water for corrosion inhibition and also aids in removal of sludge or boiler deposits and prevention of scaling in boiler tubes.
Normally the Boiler feed water pH should be at 9.5-10 for avoiding boiler tubes corrosion or rusting due to acidic attack.

Dosage:
The chemical is normally fed continuously to the boiler feed water. It should be injected by chemical dosing pump from a dilution tank or directly from the drum to the feed water line. The amount of chemical required to perform depends on the quality of feed water and plant operating conditions. The specific dosage rates will be specified by the CSL technical representative.
