Coil Cleaner
Chemtexs Coil Cleaner is a non-acid liquid cleaner and brightener for complete removal of dust, dirt, greasy soils, carbon deposits and grime on the aluminum fins and copper coils of AHU, FCU, Air Conditioners, Car Condenser and Radiator, Air Cooled Chillers, Air Cooled Condensers, Air Cooler Tube Bundle etc. It can be used manually with normal, hydraulic or atomized sprayer. It rapidly cuts organic deposits and disinfects the system to circulate fresh and healthy air.
It has self foaming characteristics which starts immediate foaming when it comes in contact with dirt, enabling excellent penetration of the product into the coils for complete cleaning that instantly shows multiple increase of CFM/Air Velocity.in AHU (Air Handling Units).
It successfully take over the performance of other Coil Cleaners (such as C-Shine, Coil Shine, Vaniclean, Shineyside, Vasuclean etc).
Why should coils be cleaned Air passing through the coils contains microscopic dirt particles, as well as other foreign material. After some time, these debris builds up on the coil surfaces, making it more difficult for the coils to provide cooling. This increases operational costs. A dirty coil is insulated, and it takes longer to cool.

Economic Impact of Dirty Coils
When the coil becomes fouled with dirt and grime, it cannot provide complete or adequate heat transfer, a process that was predicated on a clean coil! The equipment's compressor senses this, and tries to overcome it by going to a higher system pressure. This consumes greater levels of electricity. For example, a dirty coil could easily consume up to 37% more electricity as compared to a clean coil.
As the dirt and grime on the condenser coil restrict, more heat is added to the system and the head pressure could rise by as much as 75%. This would result in a loss of cooling capacity of up to 30%.
