Boiler Condensate Line Corrosion Inhibitor

Boiler condensate line corrosion inhibitors are selected from a wide range of filming amine products. The suitable product for a given system depends upon the type of boiler, pressure, capacity etc.

Blend of a filming amines with neutralizing amines of low and high distribution ratio protection to all stages of a multi-stage turbine. Inhibits corrosion by oxygen and cabon dioxide and in vapor-phase processes such as certain refinery processes and in some waste oil recovery operations.

Maxtreat 3311, Maxtreat 3334 etc.

Application:
  Boilers

Dosage:
The chemical is normally fed continuously to the boiler feed water. It should be injected by chemical dosing pump from a dilution tank or directly from the drum to the feed water line. The amount of chemical required to perform depends on the quality of feed water and plant operating conditions. The specific dosage rates will be specified by the CSL technical representative.
