AHU, Chiller Copper Tubes Descalant, Derusting And Degreaser

CHEMTEX’S AHU (Air Handling Unit), FCU, Chiller Copper / Copper-nickel tubes cleaner is a 3 in 1 cleaning compound, that functions as a DESCALANT, DEGREASER AND DERUSTING CHEMICAL.

It can be used by CIP (Cleaning-in-place) method, i.e no need of opening the heat exchanger for cleaning.

The descaling compound has an inbuilt corrosion inhibitor for providing corrosion protection to the metal during descaling operation. In addition to this is a wetting agent for quick removal of scale deposits with deep penetration method.

It contains defoaming agent to suppress the heavy foam that is generated during the process of descaling.

It surpasses the performance of other offline descalants (such as Nalco 8940).

Application:
 AHU, FCU, Chiller, Geyser, Boiler, Condenser etc.

Dosage:
The amount of chemical required to perform depends on the type of system, amount of scale and operating conditions. The specific dosage rates and method will be specified by the CSL technical representative.
